This website is operated by MFR Kit. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MFR Kit. By visiting our site and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
The terms cover how our online store works, how product information is presented, how prices may change, and which laws apply when you order mobility and recovery equipment from us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
When you browse our catalogue of foam rollers, massage balls, resistance bands, and other mobility equipment, you are interacting with a commercial platform. Adding items to your cart, creating an account, or completing a purchase all count as use of the Service. Each action is governed by the terms set out on this page.
If you are buying on behalf of a gym, studio, or sports club, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. Orders placed through a business account follow the same conditions as personal orders unless a separate supply agreement has been signed.

General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
When you submit reviews, upload profile images, or post questions about a peanut massage ball or back support cushion, that content may be visible to other shoppers. You retain ownership of what you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and modify that content within the Service — for example, showing your review next to the relevant product listing.
We may restrict or close accounts that submit false information, misuse the review system, attempt to manipulate pricing, or place fraudulent orders. Routine maintenance, security updates, and platform upgrades may also cause short interruptions to the Service without prior notice.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment partners, not by MFR Kit directly. We do not store full card details on our servers. Any questions about card charges should be directed to our support team first, and we will coordinate with the payment processor to resolve the matter.

Accuracy of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, or more complete sources of information.
Product descriptions for items like myofascial release tools, knee support sleeves, and yoga mats are compiled from supplier specifications and our own testing. Dimensions, foam density, and material composition are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing, but manufacturing changes can occur without notice.
Guidance on stretching for beginners, foam rolling exercises, or improving flexibility is general in nature. It is not tailored to your individual fitness level, body structure, or mobility goals. Modifications to Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If an item has been added to your cart but not yet purchased, the price may update before you complete the transaction. We do not honour previous prices on items that have already been ordered.
From time to time we may retire specific products — for example, a particular density of muscle massage roller or a colourway of resistance bands. Discontinued items will be marked as unavailable and removed from active listings once stock is depleted. If an item you ordered is permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a full refund or a suitable alternative.
We may also update site features, navigation, or product categories as our range grows. Changes to how the store is organised will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Products and Services
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store.
Colour representation depends on your screen settings, ambient lighting, and browser profile. A foam roller that appears deep charcoal on a calibrated monitor may look slightly different under your home lighting. If a precise shade matters for a studio match, contact us before ordering and we will describe the finish in plain terms.
Product weights, resistance levels, and firmness ratings are drawn from manufacturer data and our own handling tests. For items like fitness bands and knee braces for sports, we list the intended use and user build on the product page. Returns are handled under a separate policy. Please review the recovery guide or reach out to our team for guidance on whether a specific item qualifies for exchange.
Section 06
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Birmingham, UK.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable under UK law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. A failure by MFR Kit to enforce a particular term at any time does not waive our right to enforce it later.
We may update these Terms of Service as our store evolves — for example, when we add new product categories, delivery options, or account features. Changes take effect from the date they are posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
